Life is never the same for everybody. Many are born healthy. Some are not. There are children born with problems, and when the cure is delayed due to financial reasons, they become terminal patients and they have no option, but to carry their disease or handicap, for no mistake of theirs. But there are people in this world, which can save them. There has to be a charity foundation, which should make a list of these people who cannot afford treatment, to cure them. The charity should be from a person or people who are excited about the thought of rescuing people from their miseries. They should be able to support them and fund the cost of the medical operation. There are many who do this but none like Matt Hycox. 

It was somewhere in 2016 when Matt was enjoying a game of football when he noticed at-shirt on a person that said: “help Alfie walk”. He got curious and walked up to the person who was wearing it. He introduced himself and found out her name was Ann-Marie. She informed him, that Alfie was her nine-year son, who was affected by Cerebral Palsy, since he was hardly one and half years old. The child could not walk without somebody helping him. She added that she was crowd funding campaign and expected to raise an amount of $50000.00. Her hope was that she could pay for the operation and make her son walk unaided. 

Matt rose up to the challenge, and said he would match the funds collected by Annie. The operation date was moved forward and Alfie was cured. 

Matt did not see it as a one-off situation, decided to start a foundation, and raise money through charity programmes, to help people like Alfie. Thus, Matt Haycox Foundation was born and continues to rescue such people, who are terminally ill. 

It does not take much, for such noble charities to be founded and help children of their distress. One would find many patients like Alfie in this world. The world was willing to give, and charity shows, Crowd gatherings would help achieve the cause. The charity can be extended to people who may be elderly too, but face terminal issues. It is a matter of reaching out to people, making them aware of misery in this world, who they can help, by contributing some money. In order to do so, one needs to maintain books of accounts and carry proof of their good intentions. It is how you manage money through your younger days until you grew old.
