For this, he/she should possess abilities such as strategizing, cooperating, planning, and persuasion. With the help of these qualities, it would be helpful for the employee to manage when it comes to negotiation and makes them a great negotiator. A good negotiator will not misunderstand any concepts or conversations which will be able for them to compromise a particular person for business purposes.
